"DJH Bridgnorth Consulting Ltd worked alongside the team at We Design in developing and assessing the robustness of a conveyor platform system in combination with a high-capacity palletising robot base frame. They used Finite element analysis simulations methods to assess robustness and provide design guidance.
The work involved assessing welded structures including fatigue life prediction.
Early results demonstrated initial designs provided by our client needed further work, valued design guidance was provided by DJH Bridgnorth Consulting allowing for rapid turnaround of the design.
Our client is now happy to move to full production of the system.
